Our education team is made up of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who are committed to supporting young people to reconnect with learning and move towards positive futures.
Across our schools, staff work within small, supportive learning environments, enabling them to build strong, trusting and meaningful relationships with each young person. We recognise that many of our learners have experienced trauma or disrupted education and our approach is shaped by a deep understanding of their individual needs, strengths and aspirations.
Learning pathways are carefully designed to be flexible, personalised and responsive, ensuring education is adapted to support progress, wellbeing and long-term success. Staff work collaboratively to create environments where young people feel safe, valued and motivated to engage.
All members of our education team are trained in therapeutic parenting and trauma-informed practice, which sits alongside their professional expertise. This ensures that teaching and learning are consistently underpinned by relational practice, emotional awareness and high expectations for every learner.
Our leadership team, including our Headteachers and Head of Education, provide strategic direction, professional support and a shared vision across all schools, ensuring consistency of values while allowing each setting to retain its own identity.
