Pebbles Proudly Supports Diversified

We are delighted to announce our support for Diversified, Scotland’s Autistic Youth Led Charity and Scottish Charity of the Year 2023.

Diversified was founded in 2021 by Kaydi when she was just 14. The charity focuses on supporting, advocating and creating change for neurodivergent youth by providing social groups, wellbeing and learning support, small group tutoring, holiday clubs and more.

Diversified’s CEO, Kaydi, was diagnosed with autism in 2019 and ADHD in 2021. Her personal experiences with the lack of understanding and support she experienced in traditional educational settings spurred her to create Diversified to tackle the isolation often felt by autistic individuals.

Kaydi’s dedication and innovative approach have been recognised through numerous awards, including the Leaders List 2021, Bright Future Prize 2022, and the Young Person of the Year award at the Autism Hero Awards 2023.

At Pebbles, our Psychology team utilise fidget and sensory toys during their one-to-one sessions with our young people. These toys are so popular with our young people that our psychologists frequently have to replace them. In the search for high quality products is where one of our psychologists, Adelle, discovered Diversified. Diversified’s online store provides a huge selection of fidget toys, arts and crafts and sensory toys. Plus, by placing orders through Diversified’s online store we are able to support a fantastic charity.

We are inspired by the incredible work of Diversified and the leadership of Kaydi and are excited about the future of this partnership and the tangible differences we will make together. Together, we aspire to build stronger, more resilient communities where everyone has the chance to succeed.
