Amber House provides a therapeutic approach to a residential setting where the focus is emphatically on providing the residents with a nurturing, empathetic, and compassionate surrounding. We have open plan living areas which are perfect for socialising.
Externally, there is a large back garden with an expansive decked area, as well as two levels of lawn. To the rear of the home, there is a separate annex building with two garages, one of which is for young people to “hang out” and create a space that is just for them.

By working therapeutically, we help change behaviours from those driven by a desire to self-harm to those where self-care feels a more satisfying option. The home receives the invaluable support of a dedicated in-house psychologist.
