About our speaker

Dave joined Pebbles Care in 2009 as a Residential Child Care Worker, leveraging his natural skills and experience as a former sports instructor to bring out the best in young people. His commitment and passion for delivering the best possible care laid the foundation for his progression within the company. After covering several management roles, Dave assumed the significant responsibility of overseeing all our care operations in England as Head of Care in 2023.
