Cobbledyke

Cobbledyke is a rural home for up to two young people. We have an extensive garden, with a summer house and an orchard, as well as views across rolling countryside to the English Lake District.

Our team are very child-centred and dedicated to providing young people with a safe environment to recover from past trauma and, allowing them to grow and embrace positive change.

Our team is made up of people with lots of different life skills and experiences and we provide 1:1 support for our young people, in education, creativity, and the activities they enjoy. We offer the opportunity to enjoy new and positive experiences in a safe and secure environment.

Therapeutic 24/7

At Cobbledyke, we support children and young people through Therapeutic Parenting. By working therapeutically, we help change behaviours from those driven by a desire to self-harm to those where self-care feels a more satisfying option. The home receives the invaluable support of a dedicated in-house psychologist.
