We acknowledge and embrace the need for investment and collaboration from all those who are affiliated with the care and education of each young person, helping them to get on track to a better life.
In order to meet the needs of each young person and to provide them with the respect and voice to be heard, we must work in partnership with like-minded organisations who may have specialised experience and skills in meeting the needs of each young person.
Barnardo’s has supported us with specialist Child Sexual Exploitation training, so we can continue to provide the highest levels of care, support and safety to young people.
Crisis, Aggression, Limitation and Management training empowers us to effectively respond to crisis situations and challenging behaviour from young people.
Our partnership with See Me is with a view to tackling mental health stigma and discrimination of both our team and young people.
Our work with Who Cares? Scotland provides young people with independent advocacy, so they can always be heard.
We have Team Teach champions within our own services to skill and empower our team to keep young people safe and support them through times of trauma and crisis.
