Rewards and Benefits

Upon joining Pebbles Care you immediately begin a path of self improvement which is recorded, assessed and measured within the Personal Development Plan (PDP) which your line manager will take you through during supervision sessions. As you excel and meet development targets opportunities and increments can be attained in recognition of making a difference for young people.

All of the team are enrolled into the benefit plans listed below, one of which also allows you to access a wide variety of rewards and discounts, providing you money saving discounts from many high street retailers, holidays etc.

BHSF Cash Plan:

The Health Cash Plan allows you to claim back costs of Dental Treatment, Optical Care and Therapy Treatments, plus much more. Additional benefits are also included such as discounts on Retail, Travel and Leisure Activities. There are various levels to which employees are enrolled onto the scheme which is dependant on your job role and you can upgrade your plan at anytime should you wish to do so.

Death in Service Plan:

This plan is an employee benefit which will pay out a tax-free lump sum if you suffer a fatal injury whilst you are in permanent employment with the company. The fatal injury does not have to happen whilst you are at or as a result of work. The pay-out will between 1 and 3 x your annual salary (dependant on your job role). On commencing employment with Pebbles Care you will be required to complete an ‘Expression of Wishes’ form which head office will retain in your personnel file.

Private Medical Insurance:

Home Managers, Senior Managers and Head Teachers will be enrolled onto our Private Medical Insurance Policy with AVIVA, which will entitle you to a range of Private Healthcare Benefits outlined in the leaflet which you will receive direct from AVIVA.

Childcare Voucher Scheme:

The Childcare Voucher scheme offers working parents the opportunity to swap part of their pre-tax salary to pay for registered childcare (including breakfast and afterschool clubs, childminders, day nurseries and some holiday schemes). Parents can save up to £933/year and have access to support network for childcare.
