We would like to congratulate our outstanding team at Earlseat House who were rewarded for their high quality support of vulnerable young people with a very positive first Care Inspectorate inspection.
Earlseat house supports 4 young people and has been open for 12 months. The young people residing at Earlseat have high levels of need and have experienced significant trauma in there lives, including multiple placement breakdowns. The team at Earlseat, lead by Registered Manager James Arnold, have worked hard to build and develop a resiliency and trust that has promoted an environment where young people feel safe. James Arnold was pleased that the family dynamic and therapeutic environment that his team have worked hard to instil within the service has shone through during the inspection:
It’s such a pleasing result because the young people in our Care are really thriving and I am delighted for them and our team that this has been recognised, we hope to build on our already high standards and continue making a positive impact
Pebbles Care places a large emphasis on support and reward and the acknowledgement that our team inspires the positive work with young people that makes a difference. The team at Earlseat were treated to a celebratory dinner with the young people in a local restaurant where they got to relax and reflect on a very positive start to their journey together. Well one team!
