Over the past 17 years, Tracey has worked in various roles within the health care sector and found her vocation in training and supporting others to develop their skills and understanding. Tracey has spent many years supporting others to achieve their SVQ qualifications, along with resourcing, designing specific training programmes for the needs of the people being supported.

Tracey gets great satisfaction in seeing the staff around her develop within their chosen careers and supporting them to reach their individual goals.
Tracey’s personal goal is to enhance the positive learning culture which empowers colleagues to develop and further their skills and knowledge, opening-up opportunities, and progression within the organisation.

By enhancing staff’s knowledge and understanding, it will enable them to recognise the needs of the young people, whilst forming supportive relationships and creating a nurturing and safe environment for their development and growth. This not only improves the service and support that Pebbles provide as an organisation, but also creates a positive environment for young people.
