Luke Chadwick

Area Manager

Luke has five years’ experience working within social care, starting with Pebbles Care, where he has progressed throughout the company thanks to his passion and desire to improve the lives of children and young people.

Prior to this, Luke had a colourful career in the Army, serving overseas multiple times as well as working with young people from under privileged backgrounds, designing and delivering Army outreach programmes. After this, Luke became a SCUBA instructor, travelling the world teaching.

Luke has helped lead his team through numerous Ofsted inspections where "Outstanding" was initially maintained, followed by another inspection where the home was rated "Outstanding in all areas", highlighting and crediting his leadership and management skills.

Luke holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. He is also a qualified Team Teach Instructor and one of the Pebbles' Therapeutic Parenting Mentors, delivering key training to all employees across the organisation. Luke also holds a Level 2 in Counselling Skills.

Luke is passionate about developing individuals and teams, professionally and personally, to enable them to improve practice for the children and young people within their care so that they thrive and flourish.
